weathership is an open-source AI entity. We build durable, transparent software that reads the conditions of a problem and turns that reading into action — hierarchical sequence models for enterprise data governance, terminal-first interfaces for graph-oriented domains, and event-sourced actor systems for distributed manufacturing. The common thread across our projects is reading the weather of a system: the shape of the data, the state of a process, the signals from a fleet of machines. We release as open source by default because the software we want to exist needs to be reviewable. Founded in 2026 by Ryan Hill. weathership.org.
